FAQ - Comprehensive Examination
A : The comprehensive examination is meant to assess the knowledge integration of students. It could be a written examination, an oral examination or both. The criteria, conditions and procedures of the examination must be in accordance with the University Announcement.
A : 1. Enrolled in all courses required in the curriculum.

A : 2 times. If students fail the first comprehensive examination, they can request for a second comprehensive examination; however, if they fail the second examination, their student status will be revoked.
A : 1. Check if students have qualifications in accordance with Mae Fah Luang University Regulation Subject: Postgraduate Studies B.E.2560 (No. 61).
2. Login to GRAD MIS, select DGC05, fill date time in the form and print out DGC05.
3. Sign in the form DGC05 and send to general Advisor, School Postgraduate Committee and Dean, for signature, respectively.
4. Submit DGC05 to the Office of the Postgraduate Studies.
5. Check student names who are eligible to take comprehensive examination on website Office of the Postgraduate Studies, http://postgrads.mfu.ac.th/
2. Login to GRAD MIS, select DGC05, fill date time in the form and print out DGC05.
3. Sign in the form DGC05 and send to general Advisor, School Postgraduate Committee and Dean, for signature, respectively.
4. Submit DGC05 to the Office of the Postgraduate Studies.

A : Students must apply for the second defense exam. The steps are as follows.
1. Login to GRAD MIS, select DGC05, fill date time in the form and print out DGC05.
2. Sign in the form DGC05 and send to general Advisor, school postgraduate committee and dean, for signature, respectively.
3. Bring DGC05 to the division of finance and accounting to pay the fee for the second exam, 500 baht.
4. Submit DGC05 and receipt at the Office of the Postgraduate Studies.
5. Check student names who are eligible to take comprehensive examination on website Office of the Postgraduate Studies, http://postgrads.mfu.ac.th/
