About the Conference:

The objective is to highlight significant developments in research and innovations in food science and technology with an emphasis on innovative ASEAN food research towards the World. The conference will feature a series of presentations and discussions in plenary, concurrent and poster sessions, informal gatherings, competitions and exhibitions.
